I'm going to use my currently situation as a learning tool for you. As you read in the email, I fell during a half marathon trail run Saturday. Other small details:
1. It was one of the hardest things I've ever done fitness wise.
2. The fall happened mile 10 after the worst of the trails was over.
3.I did end up finishing the race.
4. I am in a cast for 5 – 6 weeks which definitely will impact my workouts.
So given this information.. and anything else you know. What would you tell me or advise me to do to stay motivated over the next few weeks and to for starting to run again after I am released? Are there other things you would need to know to make a successful analysis.
Take what you have learned from the chapters thus far and advise me as your client.
