The first important issue is negotiation concerning being offered anextra weekday off. Now that I work from Monday to Friday I would pose negotiations of havinga day off for the five days. The second crucial negotiation is being given additional funds at mydisposal. By this, I should be compensated for any extra time I work or any extra activity I do tohave adequate funds at my disposal.In this order, the third essential issue that I could negotiate for is a time utilization that isflexible. By this is that should be allowed to flexibly utilize my time example my lunch and teabreak minutes. The fourth issue is the negotiation concerning stretches that have longer of time atwork by this is that I need some tasks that are routine. The fifth issue that seems to be lessessential is the earning per an effort hour should be increased.BATNA, Reservation Price, and TargetA reservation price is a minimum point that is favorable where employees will accept anagreement that is negotiated.
