Risk Assessment #3 [DUE Oct 16th]
Scenario: You are working for the Occupational Safety andHealth Administration (OSHA), when you receive a call. Thecall is from a worker who wants to report a violation at theirworkplace. You now have to perform a formal investigation!1) Identify the violation (not supplying PPE, a chemicalhazard, unsafe environment, etc.)
2) Write a report explaining the incident/violation.
3) Explain long term health risks, if you choose
somethingwhere health can be impacted. (i.e. asbestos exposure).
4) Implement the new safety standards and
regulations,preventative actions and training.
This an open assignment that I want you all to have fun with!There are not a whole lot of guidelines, other than you stillhave to put effort in. Think of this as the Mad Libs of riskassessments!
So this assignment is mostly looking for two papers.
