Leaders usually build an inspiring vision within himselfand his followers which motivates them in achieving the set targets. They create something newwhich no one had an idea about in the organization. Leadership is concerned with mapping outwhere a team or an organization needs to go and win or achieve. It is dynamic n nature, exitingand also inspiring.
