They are used to mostly determine what training is needed, who deservesa promotion, a demotion among others.Advantages of Performance AppraisalEvery company that has a strategic plan with goals which they have to attend have tocarry out performance appraisals at least twice a year to make sure that the employees areperforming well since employees are one of the important. There are several advantages inwhich organizations can benefit from carrying out performance appraisals.
